The further the match went, the worse it became for Wayne Heldt and his team who
had performed extremley well in the sectional rounds.

Bowden, Milan Jokic {skip} Viv Andrews and Greg Fairhead were ru/up in the Bedford
bowl in a great display, winning over over the Doubleview team of Kyle McIlroy
{skip}, John Slavich, Charlie Slavich, and Brad Pearce by 7 shots.
It has been sometime since a Manning team has done so well in a big event and
this will make new coach Peter Bowden a very happy man.

Carberry, J. Matthews and Matt Trewella in a tough and brillant game where neither team gave an inch.......
