REVIEW OF ROUND 10--ONE BLUE NORTH
January 15, 2007
Sorrento 78 (6) d Morley 63 (20)
A 21 shot win to Neil Adams (still undefeated) opposed to Alan Haley, previously losing only one game, was the main reason for Sorrento’s victory. Morley remain in the traffic jam for the demotion spot.
Next week Sorrento line up for their biggest game of the season opposed to Bassendean at home.
Bassendean 107 (7) d North Beach 62 (1)
Justin Opie by 20 and Marcel Heurer 17 up again led the way for Bassendean in another impressive win, enabling them to lead Sorrento by 6 points.
If they defeat Sorrento playing away next week, they can start making preliminary plans for entry into 1 White.
Wanneroo 76 (6) Bedford 66 (2)
The Roos registered their first away victory for the season and a most important one in their endeavours to avoid relegation, led by skips Broad and Parmenter.
Kevin Burke, returning from 1 Red and Peter Hunter picked up valuable points for Bedford.
Bedford are now 4th on 37 points only 5 clear of North Beach in 9th spot.
Osborne Park 88 (7) d Cambridge 66 (1)
A 14 shot winning margin to Keith Guelfi was the most significant result for Ossie Park and Jim Gupanis picked up the solitary point gained by Cambridge.
Osborne Park sit lonely in 3rd spot, whilst Cambridge join the ‘mob’ in the
danger area.

Tony Losinjanin with 14 shots to spare ensured Innaloo would win the aggregate, whilst ex Doubleview player Andrew Tennant accounted for John Nicholls.
Stan Curtis again was the best for Doubleview who now find themselves only 3 points clear of demotion.
